Rates
Fees are $295 per 50 minute session. Couples: $350 for 60-75 minute session. Sessions will begin and end promptly. Please arrive on time for your appointment in order to maximize the benefits of a full session.
Insurance
In network for Aetna and out-of-network provider for PPO insurance or employee benefit plans, which may be covered in full or in part. If you’re not sure what your benefits are, please contact your provider to see about reimbursement.
I have a concierge service that will handle checking your benefits and deductible, estimate your copay and turn in the paperwork to your insurance company. This is true for both Aetna Insurance and all other out of network PPOs. Please don’t hesitate to ask to use this service, whether in network (with Aetna) or out of network (all other providers).
I recommend asking these questions to help verify your coverage:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- How many sessions per year does my insurance policy cover?
- How much does my policy cover per therapy session?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
